Cancellation Policy:
No Show: 100% of your deposit will be forfeited
14 days prior to arrival: forfeiture of 50% deposit
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of your deposit will be forfeited
Once guests have checked in and decide to leave earlier, full payment will be taken for this cancellation

 

Check-in/out Policy:
Check-in after 15H00. Check-out 10H00
Kindly notify us of late check-ins after 21H00

 

Deposit and Booking Policies:
50% deposit will be payable on all bookings except one night stays which will be required to pay in full in advance.
Only registered guests may occupy the rooms. Guests' visitors are welcome in the lounge and entertainment areas by arrangement. Parking is for paying guests but is possible for visitors by arrangement.
Right of admission is reserved and we maintain the right to ask unruly guests to depart should they cause a disturbance to other guests.
